  • Bill payments, school fees and transactions made through any ADCB channel are not eligible for cashback.

  • To access a participating lounge, present the app QR code to the lounge receptionist.

    • Please note, supplementary cardholders need to register their card separately on the Mastercard Travel Pass app by following the above process and show their individual QR code.

    Keep in mind:
    • For accompanying guests, over and above the entitlement, an amount of USD 32 per visit will be charged directly to your card.
    • You enjoy complimentary access for the first visit after which, a minimum spend of 1 USD or equivalent in non-AED is required to enjoy complimentary access for 3 months from the date of the transaction.
