To enjoy your complimentary access with your Essential Cashback Credit Card please follow these steps:
- Download the “Mastercard Travel Pass” app at Google Play or App store & register your card before traveling.
- Use the app to locate lounges near you and confirm your complimentary visits eligibility.
- To access a participating lounge, present the app QR code to the lounge receptionist.
- For accompanying guests, over and above the entitlement, an amount of USD 32 per visit will be charged directly to your card.
- You enjoy complimentary access for the first visit after which, a minimum spend of 1 USD or equivalent in non-AED is required to enjoy complimentary access for 3 months from the date of the transaction.
- If you do not make an international transaction, you will not be able to access the airport lounge unless you make a payment of USD 32 on your Mastercard card.
Please note, supplementary cardholders need to register their card separately on the Mastercard Travel Pass app by following the above process and show their individual QR code.
