Existing Gold or Silver Accounts Customers

Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App.
Open a Gold (XAU) or Silver (XAG) Account (if you do not have one) or fund your existing account.
ِِِِِِEnsure your Target Incremental Balance (amount over your Benchmark Balance for September 2025) meets the qualifying balance.
Maintain the qualifying balance until 31 December 2025.
Your reward in XAU/XAG will be credited after the Offer Period.
To fund your existing Gold or Silver Account use “Transfer funds between your own accounts” on ADCB Mobile Banking App.

Onboard with Hayyak (open your ADCB Account).
Register and Log-in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
Open a Gold (XAU) or Silver (XAG) Account.
Fund with at least the qualifying balance shown below and maintain it until 31 December 2025.
Your reward in Gold (XAU) or Silver (XAG) will be credited after the Offer Period.

You can qualify for only one reward tier per account type. Customers may open both Gold and Silver accounts and earn rewards for each.

Important Notes

  • Offer Period: 1 October – 31 December 2025 (inclusive).
  • Benchmark Balance: Average XAU/XAG balance during September 2025.
  • Target Incremental Balance: The increase above Benchmark Balance required during the Offer Period to qualify for rewards.
  • The Customer can qualify for only one of the offers listed in the Reward Table for each XAU or XAG Account. For example, if the Customer opens and funds an XAU account with 11 XAU, they will only qualify for the Reward corresponding to 10 grams of Gold (that is 0.31 XAU). Likewise, if the Customer opens and funds an XAG account with 100 XAG, they will qualify for the Reward corresponding to 50 grams of Silver (that is 1.60 XAG). The Customers are allowed to open both XAU and XAG Accounts and can qualify for the respective offers for each Account as per the Reward Table.
  • 1 XAU is 1 troy ounce of Gold and equivalent to 31.104 grams of Gold.
  • 1 XAG is 1 troy ounce of Silver and equivalent to 31.104 grams of Silver.
  • To open a Gold or Silver Account, you should first have an ADCB Current or Savings Account.
  • ADCB Gold and Silver Accounts are non-interest-bearing accounts.
  • Gold or Silver Market Price Fluctuation Risk: The value of XAU and XAG is subject to price fluctuations based on global market conditions, including supply and demand and currency exchange rates.
  • Gold or Silver Price Updates and Margin Application: XAU and XAG prices will be updated every hour based on the latest market data. All transactions, including deposits and conversions, will be processed at the most recent price available. The bank applies a margin to the published rates, which may vary during and outside of business hours. The margin is determined at the bank’s discretion and may change based on market conditions without prior notice.
