Purchase Protection
Purchase protection covers you against theft or accidental damage, so you can enjoy your new purchase without a worry.
- Valid on purchases of new items only
- Coverage for up to 365 days from date of purchase
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of the incident
- In case of theft, cardholders must report these claims within 24 hours of the incident.
- Reimbursement of up to USD 5,000 per occurrence with an annual aggregate limit of USD 20,000.
To submit a claim, please email visa@broadspire.eu with the relevant details in addition to the cardholder’s name, address and first 9 digits of the covered card.

Extended Warranty
Your ADCB Islamic Etihad Guest Platinum Card offers you the option of doubling the repair period offered by the original manufacturer by up to one year, protecting you against the cost of repair and replacement. This insurance benefit provides eligible cardholders reimbursement of up to USD 2,500 per occurrence with an annual aggregate limit of USD 20,000.
Cover applies to new item purchases only, and proof of full payment using a Visa Platinum Card is required. To submit a claim, please email creditcardclaims@crawco.me with the relevant details in addition to the cardholder’s name, address and first 9 digits of the covered card.

Credit Shield with complimentary life cover
Credit Shield is an optional service which covers your Covered / Credit card outstanding balance against any emergencies. A nominal charge is billed on a monthly basis and applicable for Accidental Death, Total & Permanent Disablement due to Accident/Sickness, Critical Illness and Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) cover. Complimentary (Free) life cover including Natural death and Top-Up life is included when applying for Credit Shield.
