As we continue to recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to reaffirm our commitment to offering you all the necessary help and support you may need during these times. In line with the supportive and preventative measures taken by the UAE authorities, ADCB continues to make appropriate amendments to banking operations to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and partners.

Below, you will find detailed information about the measures we are taking and the options available to support your day to day banking needs. These measures are applicable across both conventional products offered by ADCB and Islamic products offered by ADCB Islamic Banking.

Our priority remains our employees, customers and partners – and we are doing everything we can to make sure we continue to offer a great service. We will continue to stay close to developments, and take the necessary action to help protect our employees and customers. These supportive actions will be updated as and when required and the information will be updated on adcb.com.

In order to support SMEs during this period, the Bank has put the following additional measures in place

  • All package fees on Zero Balance accounts are being reduced by up to 50% until 30th September, 2020.
  • Minimum Average Balance requirements for all categories of SME accounts are being reduced to AED10,000 per month until 30th September, 2020
  • Rescheduling Working Capital facilities on a case by case basis to help customers overcome cash flow disruptions until 31st December, 2020.
  • Customised financing solutions to ease future operation cash flow for businesses.

All branches will remain open and operational offering the full range of services unless advised otherwise by the authorities. We encourage you to register and use our 24/7 online banking channels. Enhanced support for smaller businesses during COVID-19

In order to prioritise SMEs during this difficult period, ADCB has entered into a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance to provide businesses with more financing options.

Under the scheme, ADCB provides SMEs with wider access to renewable financing options for working capital loans for a three-month duration and term loans for a up to four-year duration. The scheme is available to all SMEs that are registered, operating and headquartered in Abu Dhabi.

Lending is subject to the Banks’ lending policies and T&Cs.
