Is there any action needed from me to change my SimplyLife Cashback card?

No action is required from you, your existing SimplyLife Cashback Credit Card will continue to work as normal.

The Essential Cashback Credit Card will be sent to your registered address prior to your current card’s expiry date or upon your request for a card replacement.

Will I continue to earn 1% cashback on my daily spends?

Yes, you will continue to benefit from earning 1% cashback on your daily spends, subject to meeting the qualifying criteria as per the cashback program’s terms of use.

Will I get up to 70 cashback on movie tickets?

Yes, you will be eligible for cashback on movie tickets up to AED 70 monthly.

This applies for tickets purchased online any cinema brand’s website or mobile app in the UAE, subject to meeting the qualifying criteria as per the movie tickets cashback program’s terms of use.

What is the minimum spend required to earn cashback on movie tickets?

You need to make a minimum spend of AED 1,500 to earn up to AED 70 cashback per month.

Is there a minimum monthly spend in order to qualify for cashback?

Yes, the monthly cashback is subject to meeting minimum retail spend of AED 1,000 on a calendar month.

Is there any change in my payment due date?

In your new credit card monthly statement, you will notice that the payment grace period has changed from 20 days to 25 days. If you have a standing instruction set up for your payment, it will remain unchanged. Should you wish to change it, please contact us on 600502030.

Will there be any change in the website and Contact Center?

The website will change from www.simplylife.ae/cards/cash-back-credit-card.aspx to www.adcb.com/essential and the Contact Center number will change from ‘600545545’ to ‘600502030’.
