Investment Dashboard and Reports
As part of our ongoing enhancements to the ADCB Mobile Banking App and ADCB Personal Internet Banking, you can now access a new investments dashboard and reports with just a few clicks and get a holistic view of your investment holdings and transactions. The dashboard also provides sophisticated analytics and reporting tools that offer a superior digital banking experience on your investment portfolio(s) with us.
Some of the key features and benefits are highlighted below:
- Consolidated view through a new investment dashboard and reports (with an ability to go back in time till the date of your investment portfolio opening date). Drill-down view of holdings and transactions
- View of portfolio asset allocation and account summary at your fingertips
- Easy access to portfolio summary and realised gains/losses
- Security Details & Price Chart feature with a detailed view of stocks (equity), mutual funds and exchange-traded funds
- Regular updates on investment research and ADCB House View
- Export functionality to PDF and Excel for reports and much more
Key Changes with New Features
ADCB MOBILE BANKING
- You can now access your investment dashboard via the Investments section once you log onto mobile banking
Step 1: Tap on “Go to Investment Dashboard”
Step 2: Accept the one-time Terms & Conditions on first-time login and access the new investment dashboard
- You can continue to view your existing investments summary (with security details) under Investment Products without any changes in fields or values

ADCB PERSONAL INTERNET BANKING
- Navigate to the 'Investments' section and tap on 'Go to Investment dashboard' to proceed
- In addition, ‘Investments’ is now added to the menu on the left

You can continue viewing your existing investments summary (with security details) under Investments without any changes in fields or values
CASH BALANCES (INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS)
- The cash balances which appear in all the online reports and on the new investment dashboard are applicable only for executed and settled investment trades
- Cash balances for pending (non-executed/non-settled) orders will be displayed as “Amount on Hold” under the respective Investment Account and will not be shown on the online dashboards and reports. Therefore, cash balances pertaining to unsettled orders will not appear in any of the newly-added online reports or the new dashboard
COST CAPITALISATION
- Portfolio Performance is most accurately tracked when the trading and other costs are capitalised to derive the cost basis of a security
- The performance calculation for all your investment portfolios will be based on cost capitalisation. To learn more with a detailed example, see below -

Yes, as part of this transition, your investment portfolio will now have an alphanumeric code visible in the new dashboard, reports and the revamped monthly portfolio e-statement.
For example:
- Current Portfolio Code: 112465111
- New Portfolio Code: 11246511IUM001
Please note your current portfolio code will still be visible in investment advices and any SMS or Email communication related to your investment portfolio(s)
You can download reports in PDF and Excel formats
Reports should be preferably downloaded in PDF formats
All existing ADCB & AAML clients (only with active investment portfolio(s)) will be able to access the new investment dashboard, and reports in English and Arabic via the ADCB Mobile Banking App based on the language preference set during registration
Existing ADCB & AAML clients (only with active investment portfolio(s)) will be able to access the new investment dashboard and reports in English via ADCB Personal Internet Banking

Cost value and Trade amount includes trade commissions. You can view transactions and reports from the date of investment portfolio opening.
The transactions in your investment portfolio are available from 1st January 2019, for Execution Only portfolios;
The following reports will calculate gains/losses from this day forward:
- Realised Gain/Loss
- Performance by Security
- Transaction History
Currently, you can only view your investment holdings, transactions and other reporting tools.
