We are upgrading our systems

We will be carrying out a system enhancement during which some of the credit card related services will not be available from Wednesday, 25th September, 8:00 AM to Monday, 30th September 2019, 10:00 AM (UAE time).

During the temporary system downtime, you will be able use your credit card for in-store and online purchases as well as cash withdrawals.

Available services during this period:

  • In-store and online purchases. Apple Pay and Samsung Pay
  • SMS alerts on card usage
  • Cash withdrawals at ATMs
  • Blocking of cards

Services that will be temporarily unavailable:

From 25th to 30th September:

  • Issuance of new and replacement cards
  • Requests for Instalment Payment Plans at partner merchant outlets

On 29th September:

  • Requests for Balance Transfer, Credit Card Loans and Installment Payment Plan
  • Credit limit changes
  • Payments of credit card outstanding
  • Utility bill payments and school fee payments
  • TouchPoints redemption at partner merchant outlets
