Touchpoints Rewards

1. Where do I look for the reward vouchers?

We have a wide range of Merchant Partner outlets to select from, offering TouchPoints redemption.

3 Simple steps

  • Step 1 - Click on Rewards
  • Step 2 - Click on the category you select
  • Step 3 - Click on the Merchant Partner Outlet you select

It will display the TouchPoints required and the minimum redemption value for the selected Merchant Partner Outlet.

2. How do I get the rewards voucher?

If you are the Primary account holder

  • Step 1 - Visit ADCB Personal Internet Banking
  • Step 2 - Click on Redeem Now
  • Step 3 - Make your selection of Merchant Partner Outlets
  • Step 4 - Input the voucher amount / quantity required
  • Step 5 - Review your selection and confirm

Alternatively, you can also redeem your TouchPoints instantly at selected partner outlets or by calling our 24 Hour Contact Centre at 600 50 2030.
